Mango Juice
Ingredients:
2 ripe mangoes (about 400g each)
1 cup of cold water (240ml)
2 tablespoons of sugar (optional)
1 tablespoon of lime juice (15ml)
Ice cubes (as needed)

Measuring cups

Instructions:
Peel the mangoes and remove the pit.
Chop the mango flesh into small pieces.
In a blender, combine the mango pieces, cold water, sugar (if using), and lime juice.
Blend until smooth and creamy, about 1-2 minutes.
Strain the mixture through a fine mesh sieve into a pitcher to remove any pulp, if desired.
Serve the juice over ice cubes in glasses.
