Mango Juice



Ingredients:

  • 2 ripe mangoes (about 400g each)

  • 1 cup of cold water (240ml)

  • 2 tablespoons of sugar (optional)

  • 1 tablespoon of lime juice (15ml)

  • Ice cubes (as needed)

Kitchen Tools Needed:

  • Blender

  • Fine mesh sieve

  • Measuring cups

  • Measuring spoons

  • Knife

  • Cutting board

Instructions:

  • Peel the mangoes and remove the pit.

  • Chop the mango flesh into small pieces.

  • In a blender, combine the mango pieces, cold water, sugar (if using), and lime juice.

  • Blend until smooth and creamy, about 1-2 minutes.

  • Strain the mixture through a fine mesh sieve into a pitcher to remove any pulp, if desired.

  • Serve the juice over ice cubes in glasses.
