 Creamy Pork and Cabbage 




Ingredients:

  • 500g Pork (cut into bite-sized pieces)

  • 200ml Heavy Cream

  • 1 cup Gravy

  • 300g Cabbage (shredded)

Kitchen Tools Needed:

  • Microwave Oven

  • Air Fryer

  • Stove Top

Instructions:

  • 1. Preheat the air fryer to 180°C (356°F).

  • 2. In a skillet on the stove top, cook the pork pieces over medium heat until browned (about 10 minutes).

  • 3. Add the shredded cabbage to the skillet and stir well, cooking for another 5 minutes until the cabbage is slightly wilted.

  • 4. Pour in the heavy cream and gravy, stirring to combine all ingredients.

  • 5. Let the mixture simmer for 10 minutes, allowing the flavors to meld together.

  • 6. Transfer the mixture to the air fryer and cook for an additional 15 minutes at 180°C (356°F).

  • 7. Serve hot.
