Creamy Pork and Cabbage
Ingredients:
500g Pork (cut into bite-sized pieces)
200ml Heavy Cream
1 cup Gravy
300g Cabbage (shredded)
Kitchen Tools Needed:
Microwave Oven
Air Fryer
Stove Top
Instructions:
1. Preheat the air fryer to 180°C (356°F).
2. In a skillet on the stove top, cook the pork pieces over medium heat until browned (about 10 minutes).
3. Add the shredded cabbage to the skillet and stir well, cooking for another 5 minutes until the cabbage is slightly wilted.
4. Pour in the heavy cream and gravy, stirring to combine all ingredients.
5. Let the mixture simmer for 10 minutes, allowing the flavors to meld together.
6. Transfer the mixture to the air fryer and cook for an additional 15 minutes at 180°C (356°F).
7. Serve hot.
