 Garlic Rosemary Mashed Potatoes



Ingredients:

  • 4 medium russett potatoes (about 2 lbs)

  • 4 tablespoons butter

  • 1/2 cup roasted garlic

  • 1/2 cup heavy cream

  • 2 tablespoons fresh rosemary, chopped

  • Salt to taste

  • Pepper to taste

Instructions:

  • Peel and chop the russett potatoes into even chunks.

  • Place the potatoes in a pot of salted water and bring to a boil over medium-high heat.

  • Cook the potatoes for about 15-20 minutes, or until fork-tender.

  • Drain the potatoes and return them to the pot.

  • Add the butter and roasted garlic to the potatoes, and mash until smooth.

  • Stir in the heavy cream and chopped rosemary until well combined.

  • Season with salt and pepper to taste.

  • Serve warm.
