Garlic Rosemary Mashed Potatoes
Ingredients:
4 medium russett potatoes (about 2 lbs)
4 tablespoons butter
1/2 cup roasted garlic
1/2 cup heavy cream
2 tablespoons fresh rosemary, chopped
Salt to taste
Pepper to taste

Instructions:
Peel and chop the russett potatoes into even chunks.
Place the potatoes in a pot of salted water and bring to a boil over medium-high heat.
Cook the potatoes for about 15-20 minutes, or until fork-tender.
Drain the potatoes and return them to the pot.
Add the butter and roasted garlic to the potatoes, and mash until smooth.
Stir in the heavy cream and chopped rosemary until well combined.
Season with salt and pepper to taste.
Serve warm.
