Potato salad with corn
Ingredients:
2 medium potatoes
1 medium onion
1 cup corn (fresh or canned)
2 cups lettuce
Kitchen Tools Needed:
Stove Top
Pressure Cooker
Instructions:
Peel and cut the potatoes into small cubes.
Cook the diced potatoes in a pan of boiling water for 5 minutes until tender.
Meanwhile, slice the onion.
In a large bowl, combine cooked potatoes, chopped onion and corn.
Add the chopped lettuce and mix gently.
Season with salt and pepper to taste.
