 Nutella Biscoff Cheesecake



Ingredients:

  • 200g Biscoff cookies

  • 100g Cream Cheese

  • 150g Nutella

  • 50g Sugar

  • 30g Icing Sugar

Kitchen Tools Needed:

  • Oven

  • Blender

Instructions:

  • Preheat the oven to 180°C (350°F).

  • Crush the Biscoff cookies into fine crumbs using a blender.

  • In a bowl, mix the crushed Biscoff cookies with 50g of melted butter (not listed in ingredients) to form a crust.

  • Press the cookie mixture into the bottom of a springform pan to create an even layer.

  • In another bowl, combine the cream cheese, Nutella, sugar, and icing sugar. Mix until smooth and creamy.

  • Pour the Nutella cream cheese mixture over the cookie crust in the springform pan.

  • Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes until set but still slightly jiggly in the center.

  • Remove from the oven and let it cool at room temperature for 10 minutes, then refrigerate for at least 30 minutes before serving.
