Nutella Biscoff Cheesecake
Ingredients:
200g Biscoff cookies
100g Cream Cheese
150g Nutella
50g Sugar
30g Icing Sugar

Instructions:
Preheat the oven to 180°C (350°F).
Crush the Biscoff cookies into fine crumbs using a blender.
In a bowl, mix the crushed Biscoff cookies with 50g of melted butter (not listed in ingredients) to form a crust.
Press the cookie mixture into the bottom of a springform pan to create an even layer.
In another bowl, combine the cream cheese, Nutella, sugar, and icing sugar. Mix until smooth and creamy.
Pour the Nutella cream cheese mixture over the cookie crust in the springform pan.
Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes until set but still slightly jiggly in the center.
Remove from the oven and let it cool at room temperature for 10 minutes, then refrigerate for at least 30 minutes before serving.
