Ingredients:

  • 200g shrimp, peeled and deveined

  • 2 tablespoons unsalted butter

  • 2 cloves garlic, minced

  • 1/2 teaspoon salt

  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper

  • 1 tablespoon fresh parsley, chopped

  • 1/2 lemon, juiced

Instructions:

  • In a skillet, melt the butter over medium heat.

  • Add the minced garlic and sauté for about 1 minute until fragrant.

  • Add the shrimp to the skillet and season with salt and black pepper.

  • Cook the shrimp for 2-3 minutes on each side until they turn pink and opaque.

  • Remove from heat and stir in the lemon juice and chopped parsley.

  • Serve immediately.
