Sweet Egg Pancakes
Ingredients:
2 Eggs
2 tablespoons of maple syrup
100g de All Purpose Flour
1 teaspoon of baking powder
1/2 teaspoon Baking Soda

Instructions:
In a bowl, beat the 2 eggs.
Add 2 tablespoons of maple syrup and mix.
Stir in 100g all-purpose flour, 1 teaspoon baking powder and 1/2 teaspoon baking soda.
Mix until you get a smooth paste.
Heat a frying pan over medium heat and pour in a small amount of batter to form a pancake.
Cook for about 1-2 minutes on each side until golden brown.
