 Sweet Egg Pancakes



Ingredients:

  • 2 Eggs

  • 2 tablespoons of maple syrup

  • 100g de All Purpose Flour

  • 1 teaspoon of baking powder

  • 1/2 teaspoon Baking Soda

Kitchen Tools Needed:

  • Was

  • Whip

  • Stove

  • Spatula

Instructions:

  • In a bowl, beat the 2 eggs.

  • Add 2 tablespoons of maple syrup and mix.

  • Stir in 100g all-purpose flour, 1 teaspoon baking powder and 1/2 teaspoon baking soda.

  • Mix until you get a smooth paste.

  • Heat a frying pan over medium heat and pour in a small amount of batter to form a pancake.

  • Cook for about 1-2 minutes on each side until golden brown.
