Mediterranean breakfast dish
Ingredients:
500g potatoes
4 slices of bread
100g lamb's lettuce
150g feta cheese
2 tomatoes
200g yogurt
100g gherkins
4 Owner
2 tbsp rice vinegar
2 EL Balsamic-Essig
3 tablespoons olive oil
50g Pesto
200g fish (e.g. salmon)
1 onion
Kitchen Tools Needed:
Oven
Blender
Stove Top
Instructions:
Peel and dice the potatoes and cook in salted water until soft.
Toast the bread in the oven until golden brown.
Wash the lamb's lettuce and put it in a bowl.
Crumble the feta cheese and sprinkle over the lamb's lettuce.
Cut the tomatoes into slices and add them as well.
Mix the yoghurt with rice vinegar, balsamic vinegar and olive oil and pour over the salad.
Drain the potatoes and fry them in a pan with a little olive oil.
Fry eggs in a pan and season with salt and pepper.
Cook the fish in the pan and serve with onion rings.
Arrange everything on a plate: bread, salad, potatoes, eggs and fish.
