 Mediterranean breakfast dish



Ingredients:

  • 500g potatoes

  • 4 slices of bread

  • 100g lamb's lettuce

  • 150g feta cheese

  • 2 tomatoes

  • 200g yogurt

  • 100g gherkins

  • 4 Owner

  • 2 tbsp rice vinegar

  • 2 EL Balsamic-Essig

  • 3 tablespoons olive oil

  • 50g Pesto

  • 200g fish (e.g. salmon)

  • 1 onion

Kitchen Tools Needed:

  • Oven

  • Blender

  • Stove Top

Instructions:

  • Peel and dice the potatoes and cook in salted water until soft.

  • Toast the bread in the oven until golden brown.

  • Wash the lamb's lettuce and put it in a bowl.

  • Crumble the feta cheese and sprinkle over the lamb's lettuce.

  • Cut the tomatoes into slices and add them as well.

  • Mix the yoghurt with rice vinegar, balsamic vinegar and olive oil and pour over the salad.

  • Drain the potatoes and fry them in a pan with a little olive oil.

  • Fry eggs in a pan and season with salt and pepper.

  • Cook the fish in the pan and serve with onion rings.

  • Arrange everything on a plate: bread, salad, potatoes, eggs and fish.
