Vegetable Oats Pancakes
Ingredients:
100g of Whole Wheat Flour
50g of Rice Flour
1/2 tsp of Sea Salt
100g of Beetroot (grated)
100g of Potatoes (boiled and mashed)
1 medium Tomato (finely chopped)
1 medium Onion (finely chopped)
50g of Oats (ground)

Instructions:
In a mixing bowl, combine the Whole Wheat Flour, Rice Flour, and Sea Salt.
Add the grated Beetroot, boiled and mashed Potatoes, chopped Tomato, chopped Onion, and ground Oats to the flour mixture.
Mix all the ingredients thoroughly until well combined.
Add water gradually to achieve a smooth pancake batter consistency.
Heat a non-stick pan on the stove top over medium heat.
Pour a ladleful of batter onto the pan and spread it into a round shape.
Cook the pancake for about 2-3 minutes on each side or until golden brown.
Repeat the process with the remaining batter, adding more oil to the pan if necessary.
Serve the Vegetable Oats Pancakes warm, optionally with a side of yogurt or chutney.
