Ingredients:

  • 100g of almond flour

  • 50g of cocoa powder

  • 100g of maple syrup

  • 2 medium-sized bananas mashed

  • 1 teaspoon of baking soda

  • 1/2 teaspoon of salt

  • 150ml of almond milk

  • 1 teaspoon of vanilla extract

Kitchen Tools Needed:

  • Mixing bowl

  • Whisk

  • Baking pan

  • Oven

Instructions:

  • Preheat the oven to 180°C (350°F).

  • In a mixing bowl, combine the almond flour, cocoa powder, baking soda, and salt.

  • In another bowl, mix the mashed bananas, vanilla extract, and maple syrup until well combined.

  • Gradually add the wet ingredients to the dry mixture, alternating with the almond milk, and stir until you have a smooth batter.

  • Pour the batter into a greased baking pan and spread it evenly.

  • Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean.

  • Allow to cool for a few minutes before serving.
