Chocolate and Oatmeal Cookies
Ingredients:
100g of Sugar
50g of honey
50g of Brown Sugar
50g of Sesame Seeds
100ml of Olive Oil
50g of Butter
100ml of milk
200g of Wheat Flour
100ml of Coconut Milk
50g of cocoa
1 Egg
150g of oats
50g Coffee
100g of Chocolate Chips

Instructions:
Preheat oven to 180°C.
In a large bowl, mix 100g of sugar, 50g of honey and 50g of brown sugar until well combined.
Add 100ml of olive oil and 50g of melted butter to the mixture and mix well.
Add 100ml of milk and 100ml of coconut milk to the mixture and blend until smooth.
Add 50g of cocoa and 200g of wheat flour, mixing until combined.
Add 1 egg and mix well.
Add 150g of oats, 50g of coffee and 50g of sesame seeds to the mixture.
Finally, add 100g of chocolate chips and mix until evenly distributed.
Form small balls with the dough and place them on a baking tray.
Bake for 15-20 minutes or until golden brown.
Let cool before serving.
