 Chocolate and Oatmeal Cookies



Ingredients:

  • 100g of Sugar

  • 50g of honey

  • 50g of Brown Sugar

  • 50g of Sesame Seeds

  • 100ml of Olive Oil

  • 50g of Butter

  • 100ml of milk

  • 200g of Wheat Flour

  • 100ml of Coconut Milk

  • 50g of cocoa

  • 1 Egg

  • 150g of oats

  • 50g Coffee

  • 100g of Chocolate Chips

Kitchen Tools Needed:

  • Oven

Instructions:

  • Preheat oven to 180°C.

  • In a large bowl, mix 100g of sugar, 50g of honey and 50g of brown sugar until well combined.

  • Add 100ml of olive oil and 50g of melted butter to the mixture and mix well.

  • Add 100ml of milk and 100ml of coconut milk to the mixture and blend until smooth.

  • Add 50g of cocoa and 200g of wheat flour, mixing until combined.

  • Add 1 egg and mix well.

  • Add 150g of oats, 50g of coffee and 50g of sesame seeds to the mixture.

  • Finally, add 100g of chocolate chips and mix until evenly distributed.

  • Form small balls with the dough and place them on a baking tray.

  • Bake for 15-20 minutes or until golden brown.

  • Let cool before serving.
