Chocolate Cinnamon Swirl Cake
Ingredients:
1 cup Sugar
1 cup Flour
2 Eggs
1/2 cup Butter
1 tsp Vanilla Essence
1 cup Chocolate (melted)
1 tsp Cinnamon

Instructions:
Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
In a food processor, blend 1 cup of sugar and 1/2 cup of butter until creamy.
Add 2 eggs and 1 tsp of vanilla essence to the mixture and blend until smooth.
In a separate bowl, mix 1 cup of flour, 1 tsp of cinnamon, and a pinch of salt.
Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet mixture, blending until just combined.
Fold in 1 cup of melted chocolate until well incorporated.
Pour half of the batter into a greased cake pan.
Sprinkle the remaining batter on top in dollops and swirl with a knife to create a marbled effect.
Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.
Let it cool for 10 minutes before serving.
