Ingredients:

  • 1/2 cup diced fresh pineapple (about 75g)

  • 1 ripe avocado

  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice

  • 1 tablespoon of olive oil

  • Salt and pepper to taste

  • Spinach leaves (optional)

Kitchen Tools Needed:

  • Knife

  • Mug

  • Spoon

  • Fruit cutter

Instructions:

  • Cut the pineapple into small cubes and place it in a bowl.

  • Cut the avocado in half, remove the pit, and scoop out the flesh with a spoon. Dice the avocado and add it to the bowl with the pineapple.

  • Add the lemon juice and olive oil to the bowl.

  • Gently mix all the ingredients together to avoid crushing the avocado.

  • Add salt and pepper to taste.

  • If desired, serve on a bed of spinach leaves.
