Garlic Chicken and Potato Bake
Ingredients:
2 medium Onions, sliced
500g Chicken, cut into pieces
4 cloves Garlic, minced
4 medium Potatoes, diced

Instructions:
Preheat the air fryer to 200°C (392°F).
In a large bowl, combine the sliced onions, minced garlic, diced potatoes, and chicken pieces.
Drizzle with olive oil and season with salt and pepper to taste. Mix well to ensure everything is coated evenly.
Place the mixture in the air fryer basket, spreading it out evenly.
Cook in the air fryer for 25-30 minutes, shaking the basket halfway through to ensure even cooking.
Check that the chicken is cooked through and the potatoes are tender before serving.
