Ingredients:

  • 2 medium Onions, sliced

  • 500g Chicken, cut into pieces

  • 4 cloves Garlic, minced

  • 4 medium Potatoes, diced

Kitchen Tools Needed:

  • Air Fryer

Instructions:

  • Preheat the air fryer to 200°C (392°F).

  • In a large bowl, combine the sliced onions, minced garlic, diced potatoes, and chicken pieces.

  • Drizzle with olive oil and season with salt and pepper to taste. Mix well to ensure everything is coated evenly.

  • Place the mixture in the air fryer basket, spreading it out evenly.

  • Cook in the air fryer for 25-30 minutes, shaking the basket halfway through to ensure even cooking.

  • Check that the chicken is cooked through and the potatoes are tender before serving.
