Banana Bread Muffins
Ingredients:
2 ripe bananas
1 cup all-purpose flour
1/2 cup sugar
1/4 cup butter (melted)
1 large egg
1 tsp baking soda

Instructions:
Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
In a mixing bowl, mash the ripe bananas with a fork until smooth.
Add the melted butter to the mashed bananas and mix well.
Stir in the sugar, egg, and baking soda until combined.
Gradually add the flour and mix until just combined; do not overmix.
Spoon the batter into a greased muffin tin, filling each cup about 2/3 full.
Bake in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
Let the muffins cool for a few minutes before removing them from the tin.
