Baked fish with vegetables
Ingredients:
200g of fish fillet (can be salmon or hake)
150g of broccoli
100g of carrots
50g of red peppers
30g of olive oil
1 clove of garlic
Salt to taste
Pepper to taste
Juice of half a lemon
Kitchen Tools Needed:
Baking tray
Knife
Cutting board
Mixing bowl
Instructions:
Preheat oven to 200 degrees Celsius.
On a baking sheet, place the fish fillet and season with salt, pepper, and lemon juice.
Chop the garlic and sprinkle it over the fish.
In a bowl, mix the vegetables (broccoli, carrots, and peppers) with the olive oil, salt, and pepper.
Place the vegetables around the fish on the tray.
Bake for 20-25 minutes or until fish is cooked through and vegetables are tender.
Serve hot.
