 Baked fish with vegetables



Ingredients:

  • 200g of fish fillet (can be salmon or hake)

  • 150g of broccoli

  • 100g of carrots

  • 50g of red peppers

  • 30g of olive oil

  • 1 clove of garlic

  • Salt to taste

  • Pepper to taste

  • Juice of half a lemon

Kitchen Tools Needed:

  • Baking tray

  • Knife

  • Cutting board

  • Mixing bowl

Instructions:

  • Preheat oven to 200 degrees Celsius.

  • On a baking sheet, place the fish fillet and season with salt, pepper, and lemon juice.

  • Chop the garlic and sprinkle it over the fish.

  • In a bowl, mix the vegetables (broccoli, carrots, and peppers) with the olive oil, salt, and pepper.

  • Place the vegetables around the fish on the tray.

  • Bake for 20-25 minutes or until fish is cooked through and vegetables are tender.

  • Serve hot.
