 Baked turkey breast with mashed potatoes



Ingredients:

  • 200g of turkey breast

  • 150g of potatoes

  • 10g of butter

  • 50ml of skimmed milk

  • salt to taste

  • pepper to taste

  • garlic powder to taste

  • fresh parsley for garnish

Kitchen Tools Needed:

  • Knife

  • Cutting board

  • Pan

  • Whisk

  • Baking tray

Instructions:

  • Preheat oven to 200°C.

  • Season the turkey breast with salt, pepper, and garlic powder.

  • Place the turkey breast on a baking sheet and bake for 25-30 minutes or until fully cooked.

  • While the turkey is cooking, peel and cut the potatoes into chunks.

  • Boil the potatoes in salted water for 15-20 minutes or until tender.

  • Drain the potatoes and add the butter and skim milk.

  • Mash the potatoes until you get a smooth, creamy puree.

  • Serve the turkey breast with the mashed potatoes and garnish with fresh parsley.
