Baked turkey breast with mashed potatoes
Ingredients:
200g of turkey breast
150g of potatoes
10g of butter
50ml of skimmed milk
salt to taste
pepper to taste
garlic powder to taste
fresh parsley for garnish
Kitchen Tools Needed:
Knife
Cutting board
Pan
Whisk
Baking tray
Instructions:
Preheat oven to 200°C.
Season the turkey breast with salt, pepper, and garlic powder.
Place the turkey breast on a baking sheet and bake for 25-30 minutes or until fully cooked.
While the turkey is cooking, peel and cut the potatoes into chunks.
Boil the potatoes in salted water for 15-20 minutes or until tender.
Drain the potatoes and add the butter and skim milk.
Mash the potatoes until you get a smooth, creamy puree.
Serve the turkey breast with the mashed potatoes and garnish with fresh parsley.
