Stir-Fried Bok Choy with Garlic
Ingredients:
2 cups Bok Choy, chopped
2 tablespoons olive oil
2 cloves garlic, minced
1 teaspoon soy sauce
1/2 teaspoon sesame oil
Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions:
Heat the olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
Add the minced garlic and sauté for about 30 seconds until fragrant.
Add the chopped Bok Choy to the skillet and stir-fry for 2-3 minutes until wilted.
Drizzle with soy sauce and sesame oil, and season with salt and pepper.
Stir well and cook for an additional minute before removing from heat.
