Ingredients:

  • 2 cups Bok Choy, chopped

  • 2 tablespoons olive oil

  • 2 cloves garlic, minced

  • 1 teaspoon soy sauce

  • 1/2 teaspoon sesame oil

  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions:

  • Heat the olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat.

  • Add the minced garlic and sauté for about 30 seconds until fragrant.

  • Add the chopped Bok Choy to the skillet and stir-fry for 2-3 minutes until wilted.

  • Drizzle with soy sauce and sesame oil, and season with salt and pepper.

  • Stir well and cook for an additional minute before removing from heat.
