Breakfast Scramble
Ingredients:
2 slices of Bread
2 Eggs
1 medium Potato
1 small Onion
Kitchen Tools Needed:
Stove Top
Instructions:
Peel and dice the potato into small cubes.
Heat a little oil in a pan on the stove top over medium heat.
Add the diced potatoes and cook for about 3-4 minutes until they start to soften.
Chop the onion and add it to the pan, cooking for another 2 minutes until translucent.
Crack the eggs into the pan and scramble everything together until the eggs are fully cooked, about 2 minutes.
Toast the bread slices in the same pan or a toaster until golden brown.
Serve the scrambled mixture on top of the toasted bread.
