 Breakfast Scramble







Ingredients:

  • 2 slices of Bread

  • 2 Eggs

  • 1 medium Potato

  • 1 small Onion

Kitchen Tools Needed:

  • Stove Top

Instructions:

  • Peel and dice the potato into small cubes.

  • Heat a little oil in a pan on the stove top over medium heat.

  • Add the diced potatoes and cook for about 3-4 minutes until they start to soften.

  • Chop the onion and add it to the pan, cooking for another 2 minutes until translucent.

  • Crack the eggs into the pan and scramble everything together until the eggs are fully cooked, about 2 minutes.

  • Toast the bread slices in the same pan or a toaster until golden brown.

  • Serve the scrambled mixture on top of the toasted bread.
