Chocolate Lava Cake
Ingredients:
100g dark chocolate (70% cocoa)
100g unsalted butter
150g granulated sugar
2 large eggs
2 large egg yolks
50g all-purpose flour
1 tsp vanilla extract
Pinch of salt
Cocoa powder for dusting
Ice cream for serving (optional)

Instructions:
Preheat the oven to 200°C (400°F).
Grease two ramekins with butter and dust with cocoa powder.
In a microwave-safe bowl, melt the dark chocolate and butter together until smooth, stirring occasionally.
In a separate bowl, whisk together the sugar, eggs, and egg yolks until pale and fluffy.
Add the melted chocolate mixture to the egg mixture and stir until combined.
Sift in the flour and add the vanilla extract and salt, folding gently until just combined.
Divide the batter evenly between the prepared ramekins.
Place the ramekins on a baking tray and bake for 12-14 minutes, until the edges are firm but the center is still soft.
Remove from the oven and let sit for 1 minute before inverting onto plates.
Serve immediately with a scoop of ice cream if desired.
