 Chocolate and Coffee Brownie



Ingredients:

  • 100g chocolate

  • 50ml of milk

  • 30ml of coffee

  • 30ml of oil

  • 100g of sugar

  • 1 egg

Kitchen Tools Needed:

  • Stove Top

Instructions:

  • Melt the chocolate together with the oil in a saucepan over low heat.

  • In a bowl, mix the sugar with the egg until well combined.

  • Add the melted chocolate mixture to the bowl and mix well.

  • Add the milk and coffee to the mixture and stir until smooth.

  • Pour the mixture into a greased pan and simmer on the stove for 15 minutes.

  • Let cool before cutting into portions and serving.
