Chocolate and Coffee Brownie
Ingredients:
100g chocolate
50ml of milk
30ml of coffee
30ml of oil
100g of sugar
1 egg
Kitchen Tools Needed:
Stove Top
Instructions:
Melt the chocolate together with the oil in a saucepan over low heat.
In a bowl, mix the sugar with the egg until well combined.
Add the melted chocolate mixture to the bowl and mix well.
Add the milk and coffee to the mixture and stir until smooth.
Pour the mixture into a greased pan and simmer on the stove for 15 minutes.
Let cool before cutting into portions and serving.
