Sausage Rolled in Almond Flour
Ingredients:
100g sausage
50g almond flour
1 this
1 tablespoon grated parmesan cheese
1 tablespoon olive oil
salt and pepper to taste
fine herbs to taste

Instructions:
Preheat the oven to 180°C.
In a bowl, mix the almond flour, parmesan cheese, egg, olive oil, salt, pepper and herbs until a homogeneous dough forms.
Take the sausage and wrap it in the dough, covering it completely.
Place the rolled sausages on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
Bake for about 25-30 minutes or until the dough is golden brown.
Remove from the oven and let cool for a few minutes before serving.
