 Sausage Rolled in Almond Flour



Ingredients:

  • 100g sausage

  • 50g almond flour

  • 1 this

  • 1 tablespoon grated parmesan cheese

  • 1 tablespoon olive oil

  • salt and pepper to taste

  • fine herbs to taste

Kitchen Tools Needed:

  • bowl

  • baking tray

  • parchment paper

  • tablespoon

  • oven

Instructions:

  • Preheat the oven to 180°C.

  • In a bowl, mix the almond flour, parmesan cheese, egg, olive oil, salt, pepper and herbs until a homogeneous dough forms.

  • Take the sausage and wrap it in the dough, covering it completely.

  • Place the rolled sausages on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.

  • Bake for about 25-30 minutes or until the dough is golden brown.

  • Remove from the oven and let cool for a few minutes before serving.
