 Chocolate Banana Pudding



Ingredients:

  • 1 can of condensed milk (395g)

  • 1 medium banana (approximately 100g)

  • 200ml of cream

  • 100g of semisweet chocolate

  • 1 packet of unflavored gelatin (12g)

  • 1/2 cup hot water

Kitchen Tools Needed:

  • Blender

  • Refrigerator

  • Bowl

  • Pudding Mold

Instructions:

  • In a bowl, dissolve the gelatin in hot water and set aside.

  • In a blender, add the condensed milk, cream, banana and dissolved gelatin. Blend until you obtain a homogeneous mixture.

  • Melt the chocolate in a bain-marie or in the microwave and mix a little into the pudding mixture, reserving a little for the topping.

  • Pour the mixture into a pudding mold and refrigerate for about 20 minutes to set.

  • Once the pudding is firm, unmold and decorate with the reserved melted chocolate.
