  Banana Oatmeal Pancakes



Ingredients:

  • 2 cups rolled oats

  • 2 ripe bananas

  • 2 cups almond milk

  • 1/4 cup honey

  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

  • 1 teaspoon baking powder

  • 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon

  • 1/4 teaspoon salt

  • 1 tablespoon coconut oil (for cooking)

Kitchen Tools Needed:

  • Blender

  • Non-stick skillet

  • Measuring cups

  • Spatula

Instructions:

  • In a blender, combine the rolled oats, bananas, almond milk, honey, vanilla extract, baking powder, cinnamon, and salt. Blend until smooth.

  • Heat a non-stick skillet over medium heat and add a little coconut oil.

  • Pour 1/4 cup of the batter onto the skillet for each pancake.

  • Cook for 2-3 minutes on one side until bubbles form, then flip and cook for another 2-3 minutes until golden brown.

  • Repeat with the remaining batter, adding more coconut oil as needed.
