Banana Oatmeal Pancakes
Ingredients:
2 cups rolled oats
2 ripe bananas
2 cups almond milk
1/4 cup honey
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1 teaspoon baking powder
1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
1/4 teaspoon salt
1 tablespoon coconut oil (for cooking)
Kitchen Tools Needed:
Blender
Non-stick skillet
Measuring cups
Spatula
Instructions:
In a blender, combine the rolled oats, bananas, almond milk, honey, vanilla extract, baking powder, cinnamon, and salt. Blend until smooth.
Heat a non-stick skillet over medium heat and add a little coconut oil.
Pour 1/4 cup of the batter onto the skillet for each pancake.
Cook for 2-3 minutes on one side until bubbles form, then flip and cook for another 2-3 minutes until golden brown.
Repeat with the remaining batter, adding more coconut oil as needed.
