 Creamy Cardamom Tea



Ingredients:

  • 1 cup water

  • 1 cup milk

  • 2 teaspoons loose black tea leaves

  • 3-4 green cardamom pods, crushed

  • 1-2 teaspoons sugar (to taste)

  • A pinch of salt

Kitchen Tools Needed:

  • Saucepan

  • Strainer

  • Cup

Instructions:

  • In a saucepan, bring 1 cup of water to a boil.

  • Add the crushed cardamom pods and loose black tea leaves to the boiling water.

  • Let it simmer for about 5 minutes to allow the flavors to infuse.

  • Add 1 cup of milk and sugar to the mixture, stirring well.

  • Bring the mixture back to a boil, then reduce the heat and let it simmer for another 5-10 minutes.

  • Strain the tea into a cup, discarding the tea leaves and cardamom pods.

  • Add a pinch of salt to enhance the flavor, stir, and enjoy your creamy cardamom tea.
