Creamy Cardamom Tea
Ingredients:
1 cup water
1 cup milk
2 teaspoons loose black tea leaves
3-4 green cardamom pods, crushed
1-2 teaspoons sugar (to taste)
A pinch of salt

Instructions:
In a saucepan, bring 1 cup of water to a boil.
Add the crushed cardamom pods and loose black tea leaves to the boiling water.
Let it simmer for about 5 minutes to allow the flavors to infuse.
Add 1 cup of milk and sugar to the mixture, stirring well.
Bring the mixture back to a boil, then reduce the heat and let it simmer for another 5-10 minutes.
Strain the tea into a cup, discarding the tea leaves and cardamom pods.
Add a pinch of salt to enhance the flavor, stir, and enjoy your creamy cardamom tea.
