 Ghee Cookies



Ingredients:

  • 1 cup all-purpose flour

  • 1/2 cup ghee

  • 1/2 cup sugar

  • 1/4 teaspoon baking soda

  • 1/4 teaspoon salt

  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

  • 1/4 cup chocolate chips (optional)

Kitchen Tools Needed:

  • Mixing bowl

  • Baking sheet

  • Parchment paper

  • Fork

Instructions:

  • Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).

  • In a mixing bowl, combine the ghee and sugar until creamy.

  • Add the vanilla extract and mix well.

  • In another bowl, whisk together the flour, baking soda, and salt.

  • Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet mixture, stirring until combined.

  • Fold in chocolate chips if using.

  • Scoop tablespoon-sized portions of dough onto a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.

  • Flatten each cookie slightly with the back of a fork.

  • Bake for 5 minutes or until the edges are golden.

  • Remove from the oven and let cool before serving.
