 Pasta Salad 



Ingredients:

  • 200g bowtie pasta

  • 100g de nuggets

  • 50g corn

  • 100g cherry tomatoes

  • 100g lettuce

  • 50g of cottage cheese

  • 2 tablespoons mayonnaise

  • 100g French fries

  • salt to taste

Kitchen Tools Needed:

  • Microvawe Oven

  • Blender

  • Air Fryer

  • Stove Top

Instructions:

  • Cook 200g of bowtie pasta in salted water until al dente, about 10 minutes.

  • While the pasta is cooking, prepare the nuggets in the Air Fryer for approximately 15 minutes at 200°C.

  • Cut 100g of cherry tomatoes in half and set aside.

  • In a bowl, mix 50g of cream cheese with 2 tablespoons of mayonnaise and add salt to taste to make the sauce.

  • After the pasta is cooked, drain it and let it cool a little.

  • In a large bowl, mix the pasta, the nuggets cut into pieces, 50g of corn, the cherry tomatoes and 100g of chopped lettuce.

  • Add the cream cheese and mayonnaise sauce to the mixture and stir well to incorporate all the ingredients.

  • Serve the salad on a plate and decorate with 100g of French fries on top.
