Spicy Garlic Ramen Noodles
Ingredients:
200g ramen noodles
2 eggs
3 cloves garlic, minced
1 onion, sliced
2 spring onions, chopped
3 tablespoons soy sauce
1 tablespoon vegetable oil
1 teaspoon sea salt
1 chili pepper, sliced
1 teaspoon chicken stock powder

Instructions:
Boil water in a pot on the stove and cook the ramen noodles for 3 minutes until tender. Drain and set aside.
In a separate pan, heat the vegetable oil over medium heat. Add the minced garlic and sliced onion, sautéing until fragrant and translucent.
Add the cooked ramen noodles to the pan, followed by the soy sauce, sea salt, chicken stock powder, and sliced chili pepper. Stir well to combine and heat through for 1 minute.
In a microwave-safe bowl, crack the eggs and whisk them. Microwave for 30 seconds until just set, then stir and microwave for another 30 seconds if needed.
Serve the ramen noodles topped with the scrambled eggs and garnish with chopped spring onions.
