 Spicy Garlic Ramen Noodles



Ingredients:

  • 200g ramen noodles

  • 2 eggs

  • 3 cloves garlic, minced

  • 1 onion, sliced

  • 2 spring onions, chopped

  • 3 tablespoons soy sauce

  • 1 tablespoon vegetable oil

  • 1 teaspoon sea salt

  • 1 chili pepper, sliced

  • 1 teaspoon chicken stock powder

Kitchen Tools Needed:

  • Stove Top

  • Microwave Oven

Instructions:

  • Boil water in a pot on the stove and cook the ramen noodles for 3 minutes until tender. Drain and set aside.

  • In a separate pan, heat the vegetable oil over medium heat. Add the minced garlic and sliced onion, sautéing until fragrant and translucent.

  • Add the cooked ramen noodles to the pan, followed by the soy sauce, sea salt, chicken stock powder, and sliced chili pepper. Stir well to combine and heat through for 1 minute.

  • In a microwave-safe bowl, crack the eggs and whisk them. Microwave for 30 seconds until just set, then stir and microwave for another 30 seconds if needed.

  • Serve the ramen noodles topped with the scrambled eggs and garnish with chopped spring onions.
