 Spicy Garlic Fried Rice 



Ingredients:

  • 2 cups of cooked Rice

  • 3 cloves of Garlic, minced

  • 1 medium Onion, chopped

  • 2 Spring Onions, chopped

  • 3 tablespoons of Soya Sauce

  • 2 tablespoons of Vegetable Oil

  • 1 teaspoon of Sea Salt

  • 1 Chili Pepper, finely chopped

  • 1 teaspoon of Chicken Stock Powder

  • 2 Eggs

Kitchen Tools Needed:

  • Stove Top

Instructions:

  • Heat the Vegetable Oil in a large skillet over medium heat.

  • Add the minced Garlic and chopped Onion, sauté until fragrant and translucent.

  • Stir in the chopped Chili Pepper and Chicken Stock Powder, cooking for another minute.

  • Add the cooked Rice to the skillet, mixing well with the garlic and onion mixture.

  • Pour in the Soya Sauce and Sea Salt, stirring to combine and heat through.

  • Push the rice to one side of the skillet and crack the Eggs into the empty space, scrambling them until fully cooked.

  • Mix the scrambled Eggs into the rice, then add the chopped Spring Onions, stirring to combine.

  • Serve hot, garnished with additional Spring Onions if desired.
