Spicy Garlic Fried Rice
Ingredients:
2 cups of cooked Rice
3 cloves of Garlic, minced
1 medium Onion, chopped
2 Spring Onions, chopped
3 tablespoons of Soya Sauce
2 tablespoons of Vegetable Oil
1 teaspoon of Sea Salt
1 Chili Pepper, finely chopped
1 teaspoon of Chicken Stock Powder
2 Eggs

Instructions:
Heat the Vegetable Oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
Add the minced Garlic and chopped Onion, sauté until fragrant and translucent.
Stir in the chopped Chili Pepper and Chicken Stock Powder, cooking for another minute.
Add the cooked Rice to the skillet, mixing well with the garlic and onion mixture.
Pour in the Soya Sauce and Sea Salt, stirring to combine and heat through.
Push the rice to one side of the skillet and crack the Eggs into the empty space, scrambling them until fully cooked.
Mix the scrambled Eggs into the rice, then add the chopped Spring Onions, stirring to combine.
Serve hot, garnished with additional Spring Onions if desired.
