 Banana Oatmeal Cookies





Ingredients:

  • 2 ripe bananas

  • 1 cup rolled oats

  • 1/2 cup peanut butter

  • 1/4 cup honey

  • 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon

  • 1/4 teaspoon salt

  • 1/2 cup dark chocolate chips

Kitchen Tools Needed:

  • Oven

  • Blender

Instructions:

  • Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).

  • In a blender, combine the ripe bananas and peanut butter until smooth.

  • In a large bowl, mix the banana-peanut butter mixture with rolled oats, honey, cinnamon, and salt until well combined.

  • Fold in the dark chocolate chips.

  • Scoop tablespoon-sized portions of the mixture onto a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.

  • Flatten each cookie slightly with the back of a spoon.

  • Bake in the preheated oven for 15-20 minutes or until golden brown.

  • Let cool for a few minutes before transferring to a wire rack.
