Banana Oatmeal Cookies
Ingredients:
2 ripe bananas
1 cup rolled oats
1/2 cup peanut butter
1/4 cup honey
1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/2 cup dark chocolate chips

Instructions:
Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
In a blender, combine the ripe bananas and peanut butter until smooth.
In a large bowl, mix the banana-peanut butter mixture with rolled oats, honey, cinnamon, and salt until well combined.
Fold in the dark chocolate chips.
Scoop tablespoon-sized portions of the mixture onto a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
Flatten each cookie slightly with the back of a spoon.
Bake in the preheated oven for 15-20 minutes or until golden brown.
Let cool for a few minutes before transferring to a wire rack.
