Ingredients:
50g Chocolate
100ml Milk
30g Butter
1g Sea Salt
50g Sugar
1g Baking Soda
1 Egg

Instructions:
Melt the butter and chocolate together in a microwave-safe bowl for about 30 seconds, stirring until smooth.
In a separate bowl, whisk together the milk, sugar, sea salt, and egg until well combined.
Add the melted chocolate mixture to the milk mixture and stir until fully incorporated.
Sift in the baking soda and mix until just combined.
Pour the batter into a microwave-safe mug, filling it halfway.
Microwave on high for 1-2 minutes, checking for doneness. The cake should rise and be set in the middle.
Let it cool for a minute before serving.
