Ingredients:

  • 100ml Milk

  • 1g Sea Salt

  • 50g Sugar

  • 1g Baking Soda

  • 1 Egg

Instructions:

  • Melt the butter and chocolate together in a microwave-safe bowl for about 30 seconds, stirring until smooth.

  • In a separate bowl, whisk together the milk, sugar, sea salt, and egg until well combined.

  • Add the melted chocolate mixture to the milk mixture and stir until fully incorporated.

  • Sift in the baking soda and mix until just combined.

  • Pour the batter into a microwave-safe mug, filling it halfway.

  • Microwave on high for 1-2 minutes, checking for doneness. The cake should rise and be set in the middle.
