 Chocolate Coconut Pudding



Ingredients:

  • 1 can of condensed milk (395g)

  • 1 cup of milk (240ml)

  • 1 cup coconut milk (240ml)

  • 1/2 cup grated coconut (50g)

  • 1/2 cup heavy cream (120g)

  • 100g of semisweet chocolate

  • 3 eggs

Kitchen Tools Needed:

  • Microvawe Oven

  • Blender

  • Air Fryer

Instructions:

  • In a bowl, mix 1 can of condensed milk, 1 cup of milk, 1 cup of coconut milk, 1/2 cup of grated coconut, 1/2 cup of cream and 3 eggs until you get a homogeneous mixture.

  • Melt 100g of semisweet chocolate in the microwave, stirring every 30 seconds until smooth.

  • Add the melted chocolate to the mixture and mix well.

  • Pour the mixture into a buttered pan.

  • Cook in the Air Fryer at 160°C for 25 minutes or until the pudding is firm.

  • Let it cool for a few minutes before unmolding and serving.
