 Breakfast Sandwich



Ingredients:

  • 2 Eggs

  • 2 slices of Ham

  • 1/2 cup Cheddar Cheese, shredded

  • 1 Tomato, sliced

  • 2 slices of Bread

Kitchen Tools Needed:

  • Microwave Oven

  • Air Fryer

Instructions:

  • Place the 2 slices of Ham in the Air Fryer and cook at 350°F for 2 minutes.

  • While the Ham is cooking, crack the 2 Eggs into a microwave-safe bowl and whisk them.

  • Microwave the Eggs on high for 1 minute, stir, then microwave for another 30 seconds until fully cooked.

  • Toast the 2 slices of Bread in the Air Fryer for 1 minute at 350°F.

  • Assemble the sandwich by placing the cooked Ham on one slice of Bread, followed by the cooked Eggs, sliced Tomato, and 1/2 cup of Cheddar Cheese on top. Cover with the second slice of Bread.
