Breakfast Sandwich
Ingredients:
2 Eggs
2 slices of Ham
1/2 cup Cheddar Cheese, shredded
1 Tomato, sliced
2 slices of Bread
Kitchen Tools Needed:
Microwave Oven
Air Fryer
Instructions:
Place the 2 slices of Ham in the Air Fryer and cook at 350°F for 2 minutes.
While the Ham is cooking, crack the 2 Eggs into a microwave-safe bowl and whisk them.
Microwave the Eggs on high for 1 minute, stir, then microwave for another 30 seconds until fully cooked.
Toast the 2 slices of Bread in the Air Fryer for 1 minute at 350°F.
Assemble the sandwich by placing the cooked Ham on one slice of Bread, followed by the cooked Eggs, sliced Tomato, and 1/2 cup of Cheddar Cheese on top. Cover with the second slice of Bread.
