Fressco Chicken Burger
Ingredients:
2 boneless chicken breasts (200g each)
1 cup breadcrumbs
1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
1 teaspoon garlic powder
1 teaspoon onion powder
1 teaspoon paprika
Salt and pepper to taste
2 whole wheat burger buns
1 cup lettuce leaves
1 medium tomato, sliced
1/2 cup mayonnaise
1 tablespoon olive oil

Instructions:
Preheat the oven to 200°C (400°F).
In a bowl, mix breadcrumbs, Parmesan cheese, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, salt, and pepper.
Coat each chicken breast with the breadcrumb mixture, pressing firmly to adhere.
Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat and sear the chicken breasts for 3-4 minutes on each side until golden brown.
Transfer the chicken to a baking sheet and bake in the preheated oven for 20 minutes or until cooked through.
Toast the whole wheat burger buns in the oven for the last 5 minutes of baking.
Assemble the burgers by spreading mayonnaise on the bottom bun, adding lettuce, the baked chicken breast, and tomato slices, then topping with the other half of the bun.
