 Korean Spicy Chicken



Ingredients:

  • 500g chicken breast, sliced

  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce

  • 1 tablespoon gochujang (Korean chili paste)

  • 1 tablespoon sesame oil

  • 1 tablespoon vegetable oil

  • 1 medium onion, sliced

  • 1 bell pepper, sliced

  • 2 cloves garlic, minced

  • 1 teaspoon ginger, minced

  • 1 tablespoon honey

  • 1 tablespoon sesame seeds

  • 3 green onions, chopped

Kitchen Tools Needed:

  • Pan

  • Spatula

  • Knife

  • Cutting board

  • Measuring spoons

Instructions:

  • Heat vegetable oil in a pan over medium heat.

  • Add sliced chicken breast and cook until browned, about 5-7 minutes.

  • Add minced garlic and ginger, and cook for another minute.

  • Stir in sliced onion and bell pepper, cooking until they are tender, about 3-4 minutes.

  • In a small bowl, mix soy sauce, gochujang, and honey. Pour this sauce over the chicken and vegetables.

  • Stir well to coat everything in the sauce and cook for an additional 2-3 minutes.

  • Remove from heat and sprinkle with sesame seeds and chopped green onions before serving.
