Korean Spicy Chicken
Ingredients:
500g chicken breast, sliced
2 tablespoons soy sauce
1 tablespoon gochujang (Korean chili paste)
1 tablespoon sesame oil
1 tablespoon vegetable oil
1 medium onion, sliced
1 bell pepper, sliced
2 cloves garlic, minced
1 teaspoon ginger, minced
1 tablespoon honey
1 tablespoon sesame seeds
3 green onions, chopped

Instructions:
Heat vegetable oil in a pan over medium heat.
Add sliced chicken breast and cook until browned, about 5-7 minutes.
Add minced garlic and ginger, and cook for another minute.
Stir in sliced onion and bell pepper, cooking until they are tender, about 3-4 minutes.
In a small bowl, mix soy sauce, gochujang, and honey. Pour this sauce over the chicken and vegetables.
Stir well to coat everything in the sauce and cook for an additional 2-3 minutes.
Remove from heat and sprinkle with sesame seeds and chopped green onions before serving.
