 Spicy Creamy Sauce Burger



Ingredients:

  • 2 beef patties (200g each)

  • 2 burger buns

  • 50g spicy creamy sauce

  • 50g shredded lettuce

  • 2 slices of tomato (30g each)

  • 30g sliced pickles

  • 1 tablespoon olive oil (15ml)

  • Salt and pepper to taste

Kitchen Tools Needed:

  • Frying pan

  • Spatula

  • Knife

  • Cutting board

Instructions:

  • Heat the olive oil in a pan over medium-high heat.

  • Season the beef patties with salt and pepper, then cook them in the pan for about 2 minutes on each side, or until they reach your desired doneness.

  • While the patties are cooking, toast the burger buns in a separate pan until golden brown.

  • Once the patties are cooked, assemble the burgers by placing a patty on the bottom half of each bun.

  • Spread 25g of spicy creamy sauce on each patty.

  • Top with shredded lettuce, a slice of tomato, and pickles.

  • Cover with the top half of the bun and serve immediately.
