Spicy Creamy Sauce Burger
Ingredients:
2 beef patties (200g each)
2 burger buns
50g spicy creamy sauce
50g shredded lettuce
2 slices of tomato (30g each)
30g sliced pickles
1 tablespoon olive oil (15ml)
Salt and pepper to taste
Kitchen Tools Needed:
Frying pan
Spatula
Knife
Cutting board
Instructions:
Heat the olive oil in a pan over medium-high heat.
Season the beef patties with salt and pepper, then cook them in the pan for about 2 minutes on each side, or until they reach your desired doneness.
While the patties are cooking, toast the burger buns in a separate pan until golden brown.
Once the patties are cooked, assemble the burgers by placing a patty on the bottom half of each bun.
Spread 25g of spicy creamy sauce on each patty.
Top with shredded lettuce, a slice of tomato, and pickles.
Cover with the top half of the bun and serve immediately.
