 Spicy Baked Chickpeas



Ingredients:

  • 1 can (15 oz) chickpeas, drained and rinsed

  • 2 tablespoons olive oil

  • 1 teaspoon paprika

  • 1/2 teaspoon cayenne pepper

  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder

  • 1/2 teaspoon salt

  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper

Kitchen Tools Needed:

  • Oven

Instructions:

  • Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).

  • In a bowl, combine the drained chickpeas, olive oil, paprika, cayenne pepper, garlic powder, salt, and black pepper. Mix well until the chickpeas are evenly coated.

  • Spread the chickpeas in a single layer on a baking sheet.

  • Bake in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes, or until crispy, stirring halfway through.

  • Remove from the oven and let cool slightly before serving.
