Spicy Baked Chickpeas
Ingredients:
1 can (15 oz) chickpeas, drained and rinsed
2 tablespoons olive oil
1 teaspoon paprika
1/2 teaspoon cayenne pepper
1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon black pepper

Instructions:
Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
In a bowl, combine the drained chickpeas, olive oil, paprika, cayenne pepper, garlic powder, salt, and black pepper. Mix well until the chickpeas are evenly coated.
Spread the chickpeas in a single layer on a baking sheet.
Bake in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes, or until crispy, stirring halfway through.
Remove from the oven and let cool slightly before serving.
