 Veg Masala Noodles with Soup



Ingredients:

  • 200g instant noodles

  • 1 tablespoon vegetable oil

  • 1 small onion, chopped

  • 1 small carrot, diced

  • 1 small bell pepper, diced

  • 1 teaspoon ginger-garlic paste

  • 2 cups vegetable broth

  • 1 tablespoon soy sauce

  • 1 teaspoon garam masala

  • Salt to taste

  • Black pepper to taste

  • Fresh coriander leaves for garnish

Kitchen Tools Needed:

  • Pot

  • Pan

  • Spoon

  • Chopping board

  • Knife

Instructions:

  • Boil 2 cups of vegetable broth in a pot.

  • Add the instant noodles to the boiling broth and cook for 2 minutes until soft.

  • In a separate pan, heat vegetable oil over medium heat.

  • Add chopped onion, carrot, and bell pepper; sauté for 1-2 minutes until slightly tender.

  • Stir in ginger-garlic paste, soy sauce, garam masala, salt, and black pepper; cook for another minute.

  • Combine the sautéed vegetables with the cooked noodles in the broth.

  • Serve hot, garnished with fresh coriander leaves.
