Veg Masala Noodles with Soup
Ingredients:
200g instant noodles
1 tablespoon vegetable oil
1 small onion, chopped
1 small carrot, diced
1 small bell pepper, diced
1 teaspoon ginger-garlic paste
2 cups vegetable broth
1 tablespoon soy sauce
1 teaspoon garam masala
Salt to taste
Black pepper to taste
Fresh coriander leaves for garnish

Instructions:
Boil 2 cups of vegetable broth in a pot.
Add the instant noodles to the boiling broth and cook for 2 minutes until soft.
In a separate pan, heat vegetable oil over medium heat.
Add chopped onion, carrot, and bell pepper; sauté for 1-2 minutes until slightly tender.
Stir in ginger-garlic paste, soy sauce, garam masala, salt, and black pepper; cook for another minute.
Combine the sautéed vegetables with the cooked noodles in the broth.
Serve hot, garnished with fresh coriander leaves.
