Healthy Fruit and Nut Smoothie
Ingredients:
1 banana (medium)
1/2 cup spinach (fresh)
1/2 cup almond milk
1/4 cup mixed berries (frozen)
1 tablespoon almond butter
1 tablespoon chia seeds
1 tablespoon maple syrup (optional)
1 tablespoon walnuts (chopped)
Kitchen Tools Needed:
Blender
Measuring cups
Spoon
Glass
Instructions:
In a blender, combine the banana, spinach, almond milk, and mixed berries.
Add the almond butter, chia seeds, and maple syrup if using.
Blend on high until smooth and creamy.
Pour into a glass and top with chopped walnuts.
Serve immediately.
