Ingredients:

  • 1 banana (medium)

  • 1/2 cup spinach (fresh)

  • 1/2 cup almond milk

  • 1/4 cup mixed berries (frozen)

  • 1 tablespoon almond butter

  • 1 tablespoon chia seeds

  • 1 tablespoon maple syrup (optional)

  • 1 tablespoon walnuts (chopped)

Kitchen Tools Needed:

  • Blender

  • Measuring cups

  • Spoon

  • Glass

Instructions:

  • In a blender, combine the banana, spinach, almond milk, and mixed berries.

  • Add the almond butter, chia seeds, and maple syrup if using.

  • Blend on high until smooth and creamy.

  • Pour into a glass and top with chopped walnuts.

  • Serve immediately.
