Cheesy Egg and Tomato Sandwich



Ingredients:

  • 2 Eggs
  • 2 slices of Bread
  • 1 small Onion, chopped
  • 1 medium Tomato, sliced
  • 2 cloves of Garlic, minced
  • 50g Cheese, grated

Kitchen Tools Needed:

  • Pan
  • Spatula
  • Toaster
  • Knife
  • Cutting Board

Instructions:

  • In a pan, heat a little oil over medium heat.
  • Add the chopped onion and minced garlic, sauté until translucent.
  • Crack the eggs into the pan and scramble them with the onion and garlic.
  • Add the sliced tomato and cook for another 2 minutes.
  • Remove from heat and stir in the grated cheese until melted.
  • Toast the bread slices in a toaster or on a pan until golden brown.
  • Spread the cheesy egg mixture onto one slice of bread and top with the other slice.
  • Cut the sandwich in half and serve warm.
