Cheesy Egg and Tomato Sandwich
Ingredients:
- 2 Eggs
- 2 slices of Bread
- 1 small Onion, chopped
- 1 medium Tomato, sliced
- 2 cloves of Garlic, minced
- 50g Cheese, grated
Kitchen Tools Needed:
- Pan
- Spatula
- Toaster
- Knife
- Cutting Board
Instructions:
- In a pan, heat a little oil over medium heat.
- Add the chopped onion and minced garlic, sauté until translucent.
- Crack the eggs into the pan and scramble them with the onion and garlic.
- Add the sliced tomato and cook for another 2 minutes.
- Remove from heat and stir in the grated cheese until melted.
- Toast the bread slices in a toaster or on a pan until golden brown.
- Spread the cheesy egg mixture onto one slice of bread and top with the other slice.
- Cut the sandwich in half and serve warm.
