Ingredients:

  • 1 cup Flour

  • 2 tablespoons Sugar

  • 1/2 cup Cream

  • 1/4 cup Butter (melted)

  • 1/2 cup Chocolate Chips

  • 1/4 cup Chocolate (melted)

Kitchen Tools Needed:

  • Oven

  • Microvawe Oven

  • Blender

  • Stove Top

Instructions:

  • In a blender, combine 1 cup of flour, 2 tablespoons of sugar, 1/2 cup of cream, and 1/4 cup of melted butter. Blend until smooth.

  • Heat a non-stick skillet on the stove top over medium heat.

  • Pour 1/4 cup of the batter onto the skillet for each pancake.

  • Sprinkle chocolate chips on top of the pancakes while they cook.

  • Cook until bubbles form on the surface, then flip and cook until golden brown.

  • Serve warm, drizzled with melted chocolate.
