Chocolate Biscuits
Ingredients:
1 cup all-purpose flour
1/2 cup cocoa powder
1/2 cup sugar
1/4 cup vegetable oil
1/4 cup almond milk
1 tsp baking powder
1/2 tsp vanilla extract
1/4 tsp salt

Instructions:
Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
In a mixing bowl, combine the flour, cocoa powder, sugar, baking powder, and salt.
In another bowl, mix the vegetable oil, almond milk, and vanilla extract.
Pour the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients and mix until a dough forms.
Scoop tablespoon-sized portions of the dough and place them on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
Flatten each biscuit slightly with the back of a fork.
Bake in the preheated oven for 10-12 minutes.
Remove from the oven and let cool for a few minutes before serving.
