 Chocolate Biscuits


Ingredients:

  • 1 cup all-purpose flour

  • 1/2 cup cocoa powder

  • 1/2 cup sugar

  • 1/4 cup vegetable oil

  • 1/4 cup almond milk

  • 1 tsp baking powder

  • 1/2 tsp vanilla extract

  • 1/4 tsp salt

Kitchen Tools Needed:

  • Mixing bowl

  • Baking sheet

  • Parchment paper

  • Fork

  • Oven

Instructions:

  • Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).

  • In a mixing bowl, combine the flour, cocoa powder, sugar, baking powder, and salt.

  • In another bowl, mix the vegetable oil, almond milk, and vanilla extract.

  • Pour the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients and mix until a dough forms.

  • Scoop tablespoon-sized portions of the dough and place them on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.

  • Flatten each biscuit slightly with the back of a fork.

  • Bake in the preheated oven for 10-12 minutes.

  • Remove from the oven and let cool for a few minutes before serving.
