Ingredients:
2 slices of bread (preferably thick-cut)
1 large egg
1/4 cup milk
1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon
1 tablespoon butter
Maple syrup for serving

Instructions:
In a bowl, whisk together the egg, milk, vanilla extract, and ground cinnamon until well combined.
Heat a skillet over medium heat and add the butter, allowing it to melt and coat the pan.
Dip each slice of bread into the egg mixture, ensuring both sides are well coated.
Place the coated bread slices onto the skillet and cook for about 2-3 minutes on each side, or until golden brown.
