Oatmeal and Vanilla Cookies
Ingredients:
- 1 cup of oatmeal
- 1/2 cup flour
- 1/2 cup of milk
- 1/4 cup sugar (optional)
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 2 eggs

- Oven
Instructions:
- Preheat oven to 180°C (350°F).
- In a large bowl, mix the oats, flour and sugar (if using).
- In another bowl, beat the eggs and add the milk and vanilla extract.
- Combine the wet and dry mixtures and mix well until you get a homogeneous dough.
- Form small balls with the dough and place them on a baking tray.
- Bake for 15-20 minutes or until golden brown.
- Let cool before serving.
