Ingredients:

  • 2 eggs

  • 1 French bread

  • 1 tablespoon butter

  • Stove Top

Instructions:

  • Break the 2 eggs into a bowl and beat them lightly.

  • In a skillet on the stove, melt 1 tablespoon of butter over medium heat.

  • Pour the beaten eggs into the pan and stir constantly until cooked through, about 3-4 minutes.

  • While the eggs are cooking, cut the French bread in half and place it in the microwave for 30 seconds to warm up.

  • Serve the scrambled eggs hot over warmed French bread.
