Ingredients:
1 lb ground beef (80% lean)
1 tsp garlic powder
1 tsp onion powder
1 tsp salt
1/2 tsp black pepper
1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
2 hamburger buns
Lettuce leaves (for serving)
Tomato slices (for serving)
Cheese slices (optional)
Kitchen Tools Needed:
Air fryer
Mixing bowl
Spatula
Instructions:
In a mixing bowl, combine the ground beef, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, black pepper, and Worcestershire sauce.
Divide the mixture into 2 equal portions and shape them into patties.
Preheat the air fryer to 375°F (190°C).
Place the patties in the air fryer basket, ensuring they are not touching.
Cook for 8-10 minutes, flipping halfway through, until the internal temperature reaches 160°F (71°C).
If using cheese, add a slice on top of each patty during the last minute of cooking to melt.
Remove the patties from the air fryer and let them rest for a minute.
Assemble the hamburgers by placing the patties on the buns and adding lettuce and tomato slices.
