Ingredients:

  • 1 lb ground beef (80% lean)

  • 1 tsp garlic powder

  • 1 tsp onion powder

  • 1 tsp salt

  • 1/2 tsp black pepper

  • 1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce

  • 2 hamburger buns

  • Lettuce leaves (for serving)

  • Tomato slices (for serving)

  • Cheese slices (optional)

Kitchen Tools Needed:

  • Air fryer

  • Mixing bowl

  • Spatula

Instructions:

  • In a mixing bowl, combine the ground beef, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, black pepper, and Worcestershire sauce.

  • Divide the mixture into 2 equal portions and shape them into patties.

  • Preheat the air fryer to 375°F (190°C).

  • Place the patties in the air fryer basket, ensuring they are not touching.

  • Cook for 8-10 minutes, flipping halfway through, until the internal temperature reaches 160°F (71°C).

  • If using cheese, add a slice on top of each patty during the last minute of cooking to melt.

  • Remove the patties from the air fryer and let them rest for a minute.

  • Assemble the hamburgers by placing the patties on the buns and adding lettuce and tomato slices.
