Ingredients:
1 large lettuce leaf (for the bun)
100g lean ground turkey (or chicken)
30g fat-free cheese slice
1 slice of tomato (about 20g)
1 tablespoon mustard
Salt and pepper to taste
Kitchen Tools Needed:
Non-stick skillet
Spatula
Knife
Cutting board
Instructions:
Form the ground turkey into a patty and season with salt and pepper.
Cook the patty on a non-stick skillet over medium heat for about 3-4 minutes on each side until fully cooked.
Place the cooked patty on the lettuce leaf.
Top with the fat-free cheese slice and let it melt slightly from the heat of the patty.
Add the slice of tomato and a tablespoon of mustard on top.
Wrap the lettuce around the patty and enjoy your cheeseburger.
