Ingredients:

  • 1 large lettuce leaf (for the bun)

  • 100g lean ground turkey (or chicken)

  • 30g fat-free cheese slice

  • 1 slice of tomato (about 20g)

  • 1 tablespoon mustard

  • Salt and pepper to taste

Kitchen Tools Needed:

  • Non-stick skillet

  • Spatula

  • Knife

  • Cutting board

Instructions:

  • Form the ground turkey into a patty and season with salt and pepper.

  • Cook the patty on a non-stick skillet over medium heat for about 3-4 minutes on each side until fully cooked.

  • Place the cooked patty on the lettuce leaf.

  • Top with the fat-free cheese slice and let it melt slightly from the heat of the patty.

  • Add the slice of tomato and a tablespoon of mustard on top.

  • Wrap the lettuce around the patty and enjoy your cheeseburger.
