Ingredients:

  • 30g fat-free cheese (like mozzarella or cheddar)

  • 1 tablespoon of mustard (optional)

  • Salt and pepper to taste

Kitchen Tools Needed:

  • Microwave

  • Microwave-safe plate

  • Knife

Instructions:

  • Place one slice of low-carb bread on a microwave-safe plate.

  • Layer the fat-free cheese on top of the bread slice.

  • Add mustard if desired, and season with salt and pepper.

  • Top with the second slice of low-carb bread.

  • Microwave on high for 1-2 minutes, or until the cheese is melted.

  • Let it cool for a minute, then cut in half and serve.
