Ingredients:
2 slices of low-carb bread (about 50g)
30g fat-free cheese (like mozzarella or cheddar)
1 tablespoon of mustard (optional)
Salt and pepper to taste
Kitchen Tools Needed:
Microwave
Microwave-safe plate
Knife
Instructions:
Place one slice of low-carb bread on a microwave-safe plate.
Layer the fat-free cheese on top of the bread slice.
Add mustard if desired, and season with salt and pepper.
Top with the second slice of low-carb bread.
Microwave on high for 1-2 minutes, or until the cheese is melted.
Let it cool for a minute, then cut in half and serve.
