 Sautéed Garlic Mushrooms

Ingredients:

  • 200g of fresh mushrooms

  • 2 tablespoons of olive oil

  • 3 cloves of garlic, minced

  • Salt to taste

  • Black pepper to taste

  • 1 tablespoon of fresh parsley, chopped

Kitchen Tools Needed:

  • Pan

  • Spatula

  • Knife

  • Cutting board

  • Measuring spoons

Instructions:

  • Clean the mushrooms with a damp cloth and slice them.

  • Heat 2 tablespoons of olive oil in a pan over medium heat.

  • Add the minced garlic and sauté for about 30 seconds until fragrant.

  • Add the sliced mushrooms to the pan and stir well.

  • Season with salt and black pepper to taste.

  • Cook for about 3-4 minutes until the mushrooms are tender and golden brown.

  • Remove from heat and sprinkle with fresh parsley before serving.
