Sautéed Garlic Mushrooms

Ingredients:
200g of fresh mushrooms
2 tablespoons of olive oil
3 cloves of garlic, minced
Salt to taste
Black pepper to taste
1 tablespoon of fresh parsley, chopped
Kitchen Tools Needed:
Pan
Spatula
Knife
Cutting board
Measuring spoons
Instructions:
Clean the mushrooms with a damp cloth and slice them.
Heat 2 tablespoons of olive oil in a pan over medium heat.
Add the minced garlic and sauté for about 30 seconds until fragrant.
Add the sliced mushrooms to the pan and stir well.
Season with salt and black pepper to taste.
Cook for about 3-4 minutes until the mushrooms are tender and golden brown.
Remove from heat and sprinkle with fresh parsley before serving.
