Ingredients:

  • 2 medium potatoes (about 300g)

  • 2 tablespoons of olive oil

  • 1 teaspoon of salt

  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper

  • 1 teaspoon chopped fresh rosemary

  • 1 teaspoon chopped fresh thyme

Kitchen Tools Needed:

  • Parchment paper

  • Knife

  • Cutting board

Instructions:

  • Preheat the oven to 200°C (390°F).

  • Wash and peel the potatoes, then cut them into cubes of about 2 cm.

  • In a large bowl, toss the potato cubes with the olive oil, salt, pepper, rosemary, and thyme.

  • Spread the potatoes on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.

  • Bake for 30 to 35 minutes, stirring halfway through, until golden brown and crispy.

  • Serve hot as a side dish or main course.
